We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the choices and rights you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BLKMGK ICT Pty Ltd, trading as AJK Global. “You” means anyone whose personal information we hold, including visitors to ajkulatunga.com, newsletter subscribers, people who enquire about our services, our clients, and our partners.

This policy covers our website, ajkulatunga.com, and the services we provide, keynote speaking, workshops, and the content we publish.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and identity details, your name, email address, phone number and postal address.
- Business details, your organisation, job title, and information about your enquiry or event.
- Engagement details, information you give us to plan and deliver a speaking engagement or workshop.
- Newsletter details, your email address and subscription preferences, managed through our newsletter platform.
- Billing and payment details, the information needed to invoice you and, where you pay online, details handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Information we collect automatically, your device and browser type, IP address, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and analytics (see section 6).
We do not seek sensitive information (such as health, racial or religious information), and we ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we collect it
We collect personal information in three main ways:
- Directly from yo , when you complete a form, email or call us, make an enquiry or booking, subscribe to our newsletter, or meet us at an event.
- Automatically , through cookies and analytics when you use our website.
- From third parties, including speaker bureaus that refer opportunities to us, professional platforms such as LinkedIn where you interact with us, and publicly available professional sources.
4. Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide quotes;
- plan, deliver and follow up on speaking engagements and workshops;
- process bookings, invoicing and payments;
- send our newsletter and occasional marketing, where you have consented or it is otherwise permitted;
- operate, secure and improve our website and services; and
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
For individuals in the UK or EU, our legal bases for processing are: performing a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Marketing and your choices
We only send marketing communications where permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. Our newsletter is delivered through Substack, and you can unsubscribe directly from any issue.
Opting out of marketing will not affect messages we need to send you about a booking or engagement you have with us.

- Analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

7. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, for example HubSpot (customer management), Google (analytics), Substack (newsletter), and our payment providers where online card payments are processed;
- Speaker bureaus and event organisers, where needed to arrange or deliver an engagement;
- Professional advisers, such as our accountants or lawyers, where reasonably required; and
- Government bodies or others, where we are required or authorised by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We require our service providers to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose we engage them for.
8. Sending information overseas
Some of our service providers are based outside Australia, mainly in the United States, for example HubSpot, Google, Substack, LinkedIn and Meta. This means your personal information may be stored or processed overseas. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. How we store, protect and keep your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including secure systems, access controls, and encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as the law requires (for example, financial and tax records). After that, we securely delete or de-identify it.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can:
- ask to access the personal information we hold about you; and
- ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to ask us to erase your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

12. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
